Shipping & Delivery
At Chubbytrend, many of our products are personalized and made especially for you after your order is placed. Because of this, your order goes through a production process before it is ready to ship.
Your estimated delivery time includes both production time and shipping/transit time. Orders begin processing after payment has been successfully confirmed.
Processing Time
Most Chubbytrend products require approximately 1–3 days to complete before shipment.
This production period may include personalization, preparation, quality inspection, and packaging.
Please note that changes requested after an order has entered production may affect the estimated completion date.
Shipping Methods
We currently offer standard shipping for eligible orders. Standard shipping is provided by USPS, UPS, and DHL.
Estimated Delivery Time
It typically takes 10–15 business days. Delivery times are estimates only and are subject to change due to carrier delays, weather conditions, holidays, or other events beyond our control.

Shipping Fees
United States:
Standard shipping: $5.95 (10–15 business days)
Express shipping: $49.95 (1–2 business days)
Free shipping on orders of $90 or more.
Other countries:
Standard shipping: $9.95 (10–15 business days)
Express shipping: $69.95 (1–2 business days)
Free shipping on orders of $120 or more.
Order Tracking
Once your order has been completed and dispatched, tracking information will be sent to you when available.
Please allow some time for the carrier's tracking system to update after your shipping confirmation has been issued.
International Orders & Customs
International shipments may occasionally require additional time for customs clearance or processing by local delivery services.
Customs procedures are handled by the authorities in the destination country and are outside of our direct control.
Depending on your destination, import duties, taxes, or other customs-related charges may apply. Any such charges imposed by local authorities are the responsibility of the recipient unless otherwise stated during checkout.
Possible Reasons for Delivery Delays
Although most orders arrive within the estimated timeframe, delivery may occasionally be affected by circumstances such as:

Shipping Address
Please review your shipping information carefully before completing your order.
Incorrect or incomplete addresses may result in delays, failed delivery, or packages being returned to the sender.
If you notice an error in your shipping address, please contact us as soon as possible. Once an order has entered production or has been shipped, we cannot guarantee that the address can be changed.
Additional shipping charges may apply if an order needs to be reshipped because the original shipping information provided was incorrect or incomplete.
